Butch Hartman Officially Announces He Will Be Leaving Nickelodeon Studios

Yesterday, February 8th, 2018 animation Legend Butch Hartman, creator of "The Fairly Odd Parents" and "Danny Phantom", announced he was leaving Nickelodeon Studios. He posted a video to his YouTube channel talking about his history at Nickelodeon, why he left, and the future of his works. He stated he was leaving the studio for having troubles with pitches being shot down and having trouble expressing freely. He confirmed that his newest show on Nick "Bunsen is a Beast" will only be 1 season long. He also announced a new work called Elf Detective, and a secret work he couldn't talk about due to contract. He stated he will still be working on cartoons and selling them. He also said if Nickelodeon was to want to make another season of Danny Phantom, he would be first on board to help. He will be greatly missed at Nickelodeon.
